I recently went to the mountains to Apple Country and bought apples for my annual trip. We always go over and get apples and apples and apples!
Of course, I had to make crockpot apple butter to give away.
Since I have trouble with my wrist (carpal tunnel), I remembered this little gadget I had, and it worked wonderful for chopping the apples!
Here are a few jars of the apple butter that I have left. It is absolutely delicious! I got this recipe from my daughter, Valerie's cooking blog
