Psalm 91

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.  Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence.  He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.  You will not fear the terror of night nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.  You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
If you make the Most High your dwelling-even the Lord, who is my refuge-then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways, they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.  You will tread upon the lion and the cobra, you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
"Becaue he loves me," says the Lord, I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknwledges my name.
He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.  With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.
Prayer:
Oh dear Father, if only we could all see the love you have for us and that you are waiting and willing to rescue us, we would run to You and seek Your face.
Amen

This passage brought tears to my eyes. If only we could fathom the love that our Lord and Saviour has for us! I know how much I love my family and to think that is just a drop in the bucket compared to the love our Father has for us. We don't deserve it but by His grace He bestows it on us doesn't He?! Thank you for that wonderful reminder!!!!

Loved your post on Bud Ogle Farm! What a wonderful place to visit and enjoy. Those doors are something else, lots of people wouldn't fit through them, myself included if I don't watch it! ha! The door latch is amazing, I just love how they used to do things, so much more interest and character then now days.

Beautiful kitties, I hope the rest make it, usually is one that doesn't. Cute Granddog too!!

I am finding it hard to keep up with my blogging but I am determined to stay connected with those that I really enjoy reading and feel a special bond. I guess during the summer there is just so much to keep up here on the 'Range', I love it but the days just aren't long enough sometimes or I am pooped and just don't have the energy to get on my computer. :o)

Take care my friend, it's always good to visit you! xoxox
